Wednesday night at Subside was an absolute riot! With State Champs playing over the road at the O2 Institute, it was no surprise that loads of gig-goers made their way straight to us after the show. That meant a night packed with pop-punk anthems, emo classics, and some unexpected bangers.

A Gig Crowd Means a Gig-Worthy Setlist!

Whenever a band like State Champs plays nearby, we know the post-gig crowd will be looking for more high-energy tunes to keep the night going. It’s always a challenge to balance that with a solid mix for the regulars, but last night, it all came together perfectly. From modern pop-punk and metalcore to alternative rock legends and a few deep cuts, I got to play some songs I haven’t spun in ages—maybe even ever! Full setlist below.
